Privacy
Your requests
The form may collect your name, email, phone number, reason, model, request content and the page context. When server mode is active, this information is sent to Centre d’aspirateur Lanaudière at aspirateur.lanaudiere@gmail.com only to answer your request. In email mode, it is used to prepare a message in your email app and you must send it yourself. It is not sold.
Security, retention and external services
When server mode is shown as active, Turnstile verifies the request before sending and limits automated submissions. When you switch form languages, the fields are available in this tab for 15 minutes and removed when restored, cleared manually or on the next page load after expiry. The site also stores your theme preference; fonts load from Google Fonts and directions open Google Maps. These services have their own privacy practices. The retention period for requests has not yet been decided: it must be decided before server mode is enabled and published.
Your options and contact us
